Our special construction division is lead by Raymond Beyrand. Ray has worked at ATMEL, AMD, DIGITAL, MOTOROLA, SGS Thompson, DuPont, DuPont Photomask, Texas Instruments, Phillips, MEMC, Linear Tech, Seagate, Micron and Intel to name a few. With over 15 years of experience in project management in Clean Room construction and recognized in the industry as one of the best clean room PM’s in the country, his experience results in faster startup and controlled construction costs. Ray has completed clean room projects for every facet of the industry including biotech, semiconductor, hard drive, and special use.

After decades of operation, JLC  Inc. has completed many cleanroom projects for major corporations throughout the Metropolitan area including Seagate Technology, ATK, Liberty Diversified Industries, Edina Schools, Elk River Schools, TKDA, TCF, Burnsville Schools, Surmodics, World Architects & Engineers and Setter Leach & Lindstrom.
